The use of survey service via Whatsapp for effective marketing campaigns

One of INGO’s clients in the Green-Tech sector needed to establish a process for continuous analysis of prospects managed by the sales network.

INGO carried out the creation and implementation of an automated survey system via WhatsApp, Customer Instant Insight. Through the adoption of INGO’s survey, the customer experienced a significant increase in response rate, rising from 7% to 44%. In addition, information on cold case purchase propensity was gained, with 10% of hot leads recovered.
