Using WhatsApp as a tool to test customers and get feedback on services
The client requested INGO to implement a solution on WhatsApp for automated surveys and targeted marketing campaigns, with the goal of improving response rate, customer experience, and operational efficiency compared to traditional channels.

INGO implemented the system with Customer Instant Insight, customizing questionnaires and automating data collection.
The project led to a significant improvement in response rate from 7 percent to 44 percent, and enabled the recovery of 10 percent of hot leads through insights on cold cases. In addition, the timeliness of re-contact (within 10 minutes) increased the conversion of interested customers.
