Creating a model for on-call management by combining expertise and AI
The client, an international airport security giant, needed an integrated solution to centralize contacts, provide H24/365 multilingual support, manage variable volumes, and ensure strict adherence to operational procedures.
Launched at the end of 2023 in Italian and English for Italian airports, the project has proven so effective that in 2025 it will be extended to French as well, to support offices in France and Africa.
The implemented solution is based on an advanced technology architecture that integrates management databases, automated IVR systems, and artificial intelligence technologies.
The implementation improved operational efficiency and reduced costs by 30 percent by centralizing activities. The system ensured 100% handling or escalation of requests, eliminating the risk of missed calls and ensuring continuity and security in airport environments.
