Prevention, Health, and Welfare 2025
In healthcare, technology only matters if it truly improves the relationship with people. At INGO, we focus on Customer Experience to support citizens throughout their healthcare journey — before, during, and after their interaction with healthcare services. On September 25 in Milan, during the National Day “Prevention, Health and Welfare” promoted by CEOforLIFE as part of the Task Force Italia project, our CEO Danilo Vivarelli will speak about Generative AI and automation with a clear goal: to make the patient experience smoother, more human, and more personalized.

Workshop Hyper-personalization & AI 2025
On May 28, 2025, we participated in the “Hyper-personalization & AI” workshop organized by the Omnichannel Customer Experience Observatory at Politecnico di Milano. During the use case session, Ospedale San Raffaele presented a project developed together with INGO’s Operations and Automation team: a solution that integrates AI and automation to optimize patient contact, while keeping the quality of human interaction at the center. A special thanks to Mary Grataloup (Head of Patient Experience – URP), Riccardo Pizzo (Customer Service Director), and Dario Panzeri (Head of Automation at INGO) for sharing how AI can enhance the patient experience, not by replacing people, but by supporting and improving processes.

AI WEEK 2025
We had the pleasure of participating as speakers at AI WEEK, one of Europe’s leading events dedicated to artificial intelligence. Representing INGO on stage were Martino Carrera, CEO, and Diego Gosmar, Chief AI Officer, who offered a strategic perspective on an increasingly central topic in technological innovation: Customer Experience as a competitive advantage. Their presentation explored the potential of converging Agentic AI, knowledge, and human capital to design high-value omnichannel experiences. With an integrated and practical approach, they shared insights on the evolution of B2B2C models and the role of multi-agent intelligent ecosystems in redefining how companies interact with their customers.

Customer Management Multimedia Competence organized the online webinar "From Cure to Care: The Value of Health, from Treating to Caring. The Role of Online Support Service Managers." The event took place on April 11, from 12:00 to 13:00 (online). During the webinar, Dario Panzeri, Head of Automation at INGO, spoke about the main needs and challenges in the healthcare sector, with a particular focus on patient experience. He also discussed how to optimize reception processes in hospitals to enhance the overall patient journey.

Digital Healthcare 2025
On March 12, 2025, INGO participated in Sanità Digitale 2025, an event organized by Soiel International focused on the digital transformation of healthcare. The event highlighted crucial topics such as the hospital of the future, proximity healthcare, the Public-Private relationship, Artificial Intelligence, Telemedicine, and Privacy protection. Luana Beni, Head of Sales at INGO, spoke as a speaker, while our team attended the event at the booth to share how we support healthcare organizations with innovative solutions.
