The well-being of our employees is important, which is why we enthusiastically embrace any initiative to create a better work environment and enable those who work with us to grow professionally and personally.
Italian Red Cross
Thanks to our colleague Francesca Nespolo, a Red Cross volunteer, we organize first aid courses in collaboration with CRI. Experienced rescuers provide us with a comprehensive overview of the interventions needed to best deal with emergency situations.

Corporate counseling
INGO started a "LISTENING SPACE" open to all people in the company in 2021 as a project arising from the post-pandemic period. Working with Collage Counseling, a number of counselor trainees make their skills available to INGO employees for those who wish to structure a personalized course.

3BEE
INGO has adopted 3 tech hives from 3Bee
(one in each region of our locations), an agri-tech start-up company that develops technologies to regenerate biodiversity and in particular intelligent monitoring and diagnostic systems for bee health. This will allow the development of a national sustainability project with a very strong and concrete environmental and social impact on the territory.

Mission to India
The decision to support "Amici delle Missionarie dell'Immacolata" stems from Marco Durante's personal desire to give concrete help to those who find themselves living in regions of the world and daily situations that are often difficult.
In the summer of 2023, Marco decided to embark on a trip to India, specifically to get a direct sense of what real support INGO was contributing.
Ethical sustainability in AI
Diego Gosmar, Chief AI Officer of XCALLY, is collaborating with INGO as an ambassador and advisor on issues involving Ethics and the Responsible Use of Artificial Intelligence. Ethical sustainability even in AI is something INGO wants to bring to the forefront. Innovation must be guided by critical thinking and ethics in the use of technological tools.
