Using Customer Instant Insight, it was able to improve the customer journey of users and obtain valuable data regarding overall satisfaction with the service provided.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who is the customer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The client is an internationally renowned company dedicated to developing innovative solutions for comfort in living and working environments, with a <strong>strong focus on air conditioning, air quality, and energy efficiency<\/strong>. The products offered are designed to reduce environmental impact, promoting a sustainable and resilient future. The company is actively engaged in leading the transition to a zero-emission society.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What were the needs of the client company<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The client asked INGO to <strong>implement a solution via WhatsApp of automated survey<\/strong> and <strong>targeted marketing campaigns<\/strong>, with the goal of increasing the response rate compared to using traditional channels, the quality of customer experience, and operational efficiency.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What services did he need and what were the goals set?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The company was interested in checking its sales network in a consistent and efficient manner, especially wanted to have a way to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Constantly monitor Net Promoter Score<\/strong> (NPS) and customer satisfaction in an <strong>automated manner<\/strong> to continuously analyze market perception and improve the overall experience.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Quickly identify and re-contact prospects and customers, with the goal of<strong> turning &#8220;cold&#8221; contacts into<\/strong> warm, concrete<strong> opportunities<\/strong>.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Establish a<strong> process of continuous analysis of prospects<\/strong> managed by the sales network.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What has been achieved by INGO: the Automated Survey with Customer Instant Insight<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ingo.it\/en\/contact-us\/\">INGO <\/a><\/strong>designed and implemented an automated survey system through WhatsApp, via the product <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ingo.it\/en\/services\/automation\/customer-instant-insight\/\">Customer Instant Insight<\/a><\/strong>. <br>The project involved defining the most suitable channels and tools, customizing questionnaires according to the specific needs of each customer, and automating the entire data collection process. <br>To complement this, <strong>an intuitive and user-friendly analytics platform was developed<\/strong> to monitor the collected responses in real time and generate detailed reports for performance analysis.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Achievements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Thanks to the implementation of the automated Survey via Whatsapp channel, it was possible:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Improved<\/strong> response rate: the response rate increased from 7% to 44%.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Recovery of cold cases<\/strong>: by collecting insight on purchase propensity, it was possible to recover 10% of hot leads.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Increased conversion<\/strong>: due to the timeliness of re-contact, less than 10 minutes, it was possible to increase the conversion of interested customers.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"399\" src=\"https:\/\/ingo.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/results-en.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7979\" style=\"width:653px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ingo.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/results-en.png 1200w, https:\/\/ingo.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/results-en-300x100.png 300w, https:\/\/ingo.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/results-en-1024x340.png 1024w, https:\/\/ingo.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/results-en-768x255.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusions: a sustainable and connected future<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This Case Study demonstrates how <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ingo.it\/en\/contact-us\/\">INGO <\/a><\/strong><strong>transformed customer needs into an effective and innovative solution in the field of Green Technology.<\/strong> By implementing the automated survey, the company has not only improved the customer journey, but also achieved tangible results in terms of response and conversion.
