Societ\u00e0 Benefit has activated new channels dedicated to managing whistleblowing reports, in compliance with the applicable regulatory updates.<br \/>\nThese same channels are also enabled to receive reports relating to gender equality issues pursuant to UNI\/PdR 125, thus ensuring an integrated, secure, and fully compliant system in line with current standards.<\/p>\n<p>Whistleblowing is a legal instrument available to employees for reporting any unlawful conduct encountered in the course of their professional activities. Legislative Decree 24\/2023 introduced important protective measures for whistleblowers, including the use of digital platforms and encryption tools designed to safeguard the confidentiality of the whistleblower\u2019s identity, the content of the reports, and the related documentation.<\/p>\n<p>The organization has made three dedicated channels available to all personnel, collaborators, and stakeholders for submitting reports:<\/p>\n<p>DEDICATED TOLL-FREE NUMBER: 800985231 &#8211; Available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays) \u2013 Valid within Italian territory<br \/>\nDEDICATED MAILBOX: <span style=\"color: #306d97;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #306d97;\" href=\"mailto:technesyholding@ethicpoint.eu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">technesyholding@ethicpoint.eu<\/a><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nDEDICATED LANDING PAGE: <strong><span style=\"color: #306d97;\"><a style=\"color: #306d97;\" href=\"https:\/\/ethicpoint.eu\/technesy-holding\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/ethicpoint.eu\/technesy-holding\/<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All reports submitted through the indicated channels guarantee the whistleblower\u2019s anonymity and are received and managed by external professionals who are autonomous and independent from the organization, thereby ensuring impartial, confidential, and fully compliant processing in accordance with applicable regulations, including the UNI\/PdR 125 requirements regarding gender equality.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Management of Reports \u2013 Whistleblowing and Gender Equality (UNI\/PdR 125) INGO S.r.l.
